Titty Tops Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guarantied! You may return or exchange any unwashed/unworn shirt purchased within 30 days.
For exchanges, return your item(s) and enclose a note telling us what you would like exchanged (Style, Size, Phrase, etc…). We will be happy to exchange your unwashed/unworn item. If you are exchanging styles and the new style is priced higher than the original, be sure to include a check or money order for the difference. If the new style is priced less than the original, the difference will be refunded to you as outlined below.
For returns, simply return your purchased item(s). We’d like to know the reason for the return (changed mind, didn’t like, etc.), but not required for returns. Your credit card or PayPal account will be refunded minus the shipping/handling costs. Please include a copy of your receipt, or other identifying information so we can refund your money promptly.
We are unable to accept returns on worn and washed shirts except in cases of manufacturers defect. All shirts are strictly quality controlled, however if you receive a shirt that has a defect, please contact Titty Tops within 30 days for refund authorization. Explain the defect and you will receive an authorization number and will be able to return the shirt for exchange or refund as outlined above. We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on obviously worn and washed shirts without an authorization number.
